"When we converted from our un-named billing program to BillMaster™ 4.3 back in 1999 we were ecstatic; 4.3 gave us capabilities we never thought were imaginable! Then in 2004 when we upgraded to BillMaster™ 6.0 it was like opening a whole new world. I love the fact that I can export any report to Excel and manipulate the data to create a multitude of reports. And now that we have upgraded to 6.2 I can write my own reports using the new E-Z Reports. I’m lazy, which is why I love 6.2; why should I do anything manually when I can generate a report to do it for me!
And, as far as the Data West team, I couldn’t be happier. The support they have shown us through our initial conversion and then our 2 subsequent upgrades has been unsurpassed. They are knowledgeable, concerned, and most importantly they know how to communicate with us. They don’t throw things at you in language you can’t understand.
