Multiple Applications. Uniform Excellence.
The billing and customer information management needs of differing types of utilities are as unique as each company’s services are. BillMaster is expressly designed to deliver top-tier performance across the entire spectrum of utilities, offering a degree of specialization and customizability that ensures its perfect fit to each specific client’s needs. Because BillMaster uses a modern database design based on Microsoft SQL Server, configuration possibilities are nearly limitless. For example, you could have any number of meters at an address, and unlimited Service Types - Water, Sewer, Electric, Natural Gas, Propane, Irrigation, Trash, Cable or Submetering, to list a few. In addition you can have as many different charge calculations per Service Type as you need. There is even a special feature in our General Ledger setup that will allow a specific charge to apply to different General Ledger accounts depending on the Customer Type.
