Ultimate Versatility in Billing Communications

Billmaster provides you with an extensive suite of services designed to make billing-related communications with your customers easier than ever |
A variety of forms can be created through BillMaster, including statements, late notices, cut-off notices, door hangers, and mailing labels. |
All Statements (invoices & bills), Late Notices, and other forms are saved with each account. They may be saved in one or more formats, such as the standard BillMaster format, RTF (for MS Word), PDF, etc. Forms can be can be viewed or printed with a click of the mouse. |
Any person associated with an account may receive any combination of Statements and Notices. For example, it is easy to arrange for only the tenant to receive the normal statement, but both landlord and tenant receive any late notice that is sent. |
It is possible to have one or more special messages appear on statements. A message may be created to appear on a single customer’s bill, or for groups of customers. For example, a message might be displayed on statements for customers in the current Bill Period, but messages can also be displayed based on Company, Billing Group, Billing Code, Charge Calc, or Payment Plan. |
Printers: Forms may be printed on either laser or matrix/line printer stock. Laser printed forms may also be duplexed – printed on both sides - if a duplex-capable printer is used |
| Special Bill Creation Options |
Outsourcing: An increasingly popular option is to outsource statement printing, folding, sorting and mailing. Statements are created within BillMaster, and an electronic file is then sent to a third-party vendor, who does all the work from that point on. Given economies of scale, this can be a money-saving option. |
E-Mail bills: If a customer has an email address listed, it is possible to save printing, handling and mailing costs by simply emailing their bill. This option comes with detailed logging and reporting functions, so a clear record of all activity is available. |
WEB Presentation & Payment: Instead of mailing bills, statements may be posted on a special website. Each customer has a secure, unique log-in name and password, which they can use to access their bill on-line. It is also possible to arrange for customers to pay bills on-line with a credit card. |
