This is returned in a percentage of the likelihood that a new service applicant will default, with a customized deposit requirement message. This means that your CSRs will know exactly what deposit amount (if any) they are required to collect before the service order is requested. |

Verify Utility Payment Experience of your new service applicant. Through the ONLINE Utility Exchange you are able to share your utility’s customers’ payment experiences with other Exchange Members and vice versa.
