Maintaining, updating, and managing customer accounts needn’t be a labyrinthine nightmare. Whether you have a few hundred accounts or hundreds of thousands, BillMaster’s logical, intuitive account management system provides you with access to the information you need, when and where you need it.
Account Information Tree
The main account inquiry screen in BillMaster is centered around the Account Information Tree. Clicking on any object in this tree will instantly display all related details, making it easy to display: |

All properties associated with any person associated with the current property. This is particularly useful in the case of landlords or developers who own multiple properties. |

All meters associated with a property, including those currently active, as well as a history of meters used in the past. |
 |
All people ever associated with a property whether active or not, current or historical. |
 |
Any address associated with a person - mailing address, forwarding address, or addresses of other properties with which the person is associated. |
 |
All phone numbers associated with a person – there is no limit to how many may be listed. |
| Other features of the Account Inquiry screen: |

Property Information - Premise information includes fields for Tract, Block, Lot, Tax ID, and over a dozen other searchable data items, as well as a number of fields which can be customized to fit your specific requirements. |

Name - Each property can have an unlimited number of associated names, with labels indicating the nature of each name, e.g. tenant, landlord, manager, owner, employer, bank reference or relatives. Information stored for each name includes address, phone number(s), SSN, Drivers License, e-mail address(es), bank account and credit card information, as well as other searchable fields. |

There is also special Banner Text field associated with each name for important information (Don’t take checks, Board Member, etc.) which is then prominently displayed on the main Account Inquiry Screen and on the Transaction Entry screen. |

If a person is associated with multiple premises, you can change any name, address or phone # information globally or individually. |
 |
Addresses may be USA, Canadian or other formats, and CASS information may be maintained. |
 |
Automatic duplicate record checking (SSN / Drivers License) |

Grouping accounts by Billing Entity, for developers and other large property owners, allows reporting and mass payment application by Billing Entity. |

Identify customers on life support or critical need for reporting and automated Processes. |

Graphical, clickable timeline of all tenants, owners, landlords on a premise. |
