The Quick Search feature in BillMaster allows you to quickly & efficiently
search over 130 fields with just a mouse
click. You can search on customer information such as name, address, phone or Social Security number; or by premise characteristics such as subdivision, assessor’s parcel, or meter tap number. |

You can even do a full-text search on your
notes, or search by date, rate type, or
other coded information with the same simple
one-mouse-click search. It couldn't be
easier. |

BillMaster remembers the five most recent account searches you have performed, and allows you to move forward and backward among them with a simple mouse click. |
’Charge Display’ feature |

One of our more recent additions, and among the most useful, is the Charge Display feature. This allows you to perform a ‘virtual charge calculation’ on a customer account, and displays the exact charges BillMaster would assess on an account if a full calculation update were performed. In addition to listing the dollar amounts for each charge, it also displays the meter consumption and rate used to calculate those charges, along with any applicable pro-ration information. This feature is most useful in testing account or charge calculation setup, and can also provide an inquiring customer with immediate information concerning his upcoming bill. |
