Unlimited Notes - BillMaster gives you the ability to create, store and view a virtually unlimited number (or size) of notes on nearly any aspect of the account, from addresses and names to customer deposits or meters. It’s even possible to include a link that will take you directly to other related documents or notes.
Customized Field Names – BillMaster allows you to re-name any field in a way that is most meaningful to you. So, for example, a field containing the TaxId for a certain property could be re-named to “Assessor Parcel#”, or anything else for that matter. A second hidden name for each field means that re-naming fields has no effect on reports or calculations, and can be done any time.
Customized Field Properties – Do you always want the dashes to be in the same place for a telephone or Social Security number? Set it up once, and all entries to a field will be stored in that format.
